Summary of Service

Temporary - Temporary Part-time

Upon conducting a careful assessment of candidate capabilities, P4P will submit a list of qualified resumes for your review. Once you select a qualified candidate, that candidate will become a P4P employee contracted to work for your company. As such, P4P will be responsible for the employee’s payroll obligations. P4P will work with your company to ensure that the temporary or temporary part-time employee meets your company’s needs.

Direct Hire - Direct Part-time

Upon conducting a careful assessment of candidate capabilities, P4P will submit a list of qualified resumes for your review. Once you select a qualified candidate, P4P will follow-up with you until the individual has completed the required training/probationary period.

Temporary to Hire

Converting from temporary to direct-hire status is simple. A temporary employee can become your direct employee whenever you both chose to do so. Simply inform P4P that you would like to make this change.


Service Packages

P4P provides services in eight specific areas detailed in the chart below and offers two separate service packages as follows:

TSP – Total Service Package

In the Total Service Package P4P provides support in each of the eight steps identified below. We partner with you in every step of the process from understanding your company needs through following up upon completion of a temporary assignment and/or placement of a direct hire.

  • Initial Meeting

    We would like to visit your office to learn about your company and the positions you wish to fill. Because we must accurately represent your company and the available positions, this visit is as important as meeting and learning the capabilities of each individual candidate.

  • Position Posting & Candidates Search

    We utilize various online sources to post positions and find qualified candidates.

  • Interviewing Candidates

    We interview each potential candidate before presenting his or her resume to you.

  • Skill Check

    In addition to language proficiency testing, we require potential candidates to pass software proficiency tests.

  • Resume Submission

    We carefully screen candidate resumes, and submit only those with the qualifications that you are looking for. As a part of this screening process, P4P meets with each candidate and reviews their work history. We recognize that your company’s time is valuable, and we will not overload you with resumes that do not meet your needs.

  • Settings Up Interviews

    We will coordinate interviews with potential candidates for you.

  • Results

    Once your company selects a P4P candidate, we will contact the chosen candidate, inform them of the decision, and schedule a start date per your company’s requirements. We will also notify the remaining candidates that the position has been closed.

  • Follow-Up

    We will work with your company throughout the period of performance to ensure that your requirements continue to be met to your company’s satisfaction.

ESP – Economized Service Package

P4P provides the Economized Service Package as a cost-effect means of meeting your company’s staffing needs within a restricted budget. We support you in the most critical steps necessary to meet your staffing needs.
