Job Seekers

P4P’s professional staff members are ready to assist you in finding the right job in a category that best fits your needs. P4P job offerings fall into one of four categories listed below:

Direct Hire

Direct Hires are hired directly by one of P4P’s client employers. As a direct hire you will be able to enroll in the client employer’s company benefit plan. The direct hire category provides a sense of security, and that is why it is the most popular job category. But don’t forget, most client employers require a three month training/ trial period prior to finalizing the status of a direct hire.

Temporary to Direct Hire

Temporary to direct hires work first as temporary employees – usually between three and six months – after which time they are hired by the client employer. The temporary to direct category offers job seeking team members as well as client employers a trial period in which to determine whether each is suited to the other’s needs.

Temporary

Job seekers who accept temporary positions become hourly employees of P4P and are required to submit weekly time cards detailing hours worked. Temporary positions are limited to a specific period of performance as defined by P4P client employers’ needs. Don’t underestimate the opportunity potential of a temporary assignment! In some cases, team members working temporary positions are asked to accept direct hire employment as a result of their excellent performance.

Part-Time

Part-time can be either temporary or direct-hire positions. In both cases, part-time positions require less than 40 hours per week or less than five days per week. Finding a part-time job is not easy. These days employees are expected to work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. If you see a suitable part-time position on the job list, don’t hesitate to apply.
